1960s White Fabric Hat With Bow

Think romance steeped in understated elegance! Vintage hat is composed of a starched white netting with layers of white acetate fabric wrapped around it. There's a large white bow sewn in. Two plastic combs on the inside to help with hat placement. Only one previous owner from Portland, OR. Light weight. Label is Noreen Fashion. Hat is in excellent condition.
