Bloom where you're planted! Dress features a navy background with pastel blue and pink flowers. The print also includes fans and bows. V-shaped neckline with short sleeves. Double breasted bodice with a mesh collar and white trim. There's an interior button plus 2 snap closures and an eye and hook. Deep pockets at the waist. There's also elastic around the waist to provide a comfy fit. Dress is not lined. Please note: there's some discoloration on the collar. Please check photos provided. Medium weight.
