Blossoming, billowy, gorgeousness! V-shaped neckline with 3/4 sleeves. Elastic at the waist with a tiny bit of extra stretch. Single belt loop at the waist to help hold the belt. A line silhouette. Fabric features a black background with a purple and mauve rose print, as well as muted green leaves. Slight drop waist design leads to a pleated skirt. Pullover style.
