Elegant 1950s Black Feathered Headband With Netting

Femme touches for true head-to-toe perfection! Structured headband is composed of black velvet wire, black feathers, and black netting. There's a small velvet bow at the top of the headband with a rhinestone. There's also 2 small rhinestones on the black netting. Please note: there are some small tears in the netting. The netting is delicate. Please check photos provided. Light weight. Hat is in excellent condition.
